Interior Lights Test 7A - Liftgate (Cargo) Courtesy Light Inoperative

NOTE: Perform INTERIOR LIGHTS TEST 1A  before proceeding. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and WIRING DIAGRAM. Perform TEST VER-1A  after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting any module connector. Ensure all connectors are clean and tight.
  1. Disconnect liftgate courtesy light connector. Connect a jumper wire between liftgate connector terminals "B" (Pink wire) and "C" (White/Light Green wire). If liftgate courtesy light goes out, replace liftgate courtesy light assembly. If liftgate courtesy light does not go out, leave jumper wire connected. Go to next step.
  2. Disconnect Body Control Module (BCM) Black 14-pin connector. BCM is located under left side of dash. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, probe BCM Black 14-pin connector terminal No. 6 (White/Light Green wire). If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open in White/Light Green wire. If voltage is 10 volts or more, replace BCM.
