Test 36A - Identifying Liftgate Release Problem

Verify customer complaint and identify problem area before performing test. If vehicle is experiencing liftgate problem at this time, go to TEST 36C. If system is operating at this time, perform TEST VER-1B  .

NOTE: Test sequence skips from TEST 36A to TEST 36C. No test procedures have been omitted.
