Ignition Timing Control (2.5L & 4.0L)

The distributors used in 2.5L and 4.0L engines do not have built-in centrifugal or vacuum-assisted advance. Ignition timing is controlled by ECU. Distributors are locked in place by ear on distributor housing which a hold-down bolt passed through.
