Removal & Installation
Disconnect vacuum hose from EGR valve. Remove bolts which hold EGR valve to intake manifold. Remove valve and discard gasket. Clean intake manifold gasket mating surface. To install valve, reverse removal procedure. Always use new gasket. See Fig 1 .
