Coast Continuity Test

  1. With ignition and control switch on, and set switch depressed, lamps 1, 2, 3 and 4 should be on. Lamps 5 and 6 should be off. If lamp 1 is off, check voltage from brake light switch, check 4 Amp in-line fuse in Pink wire, check Pink, Brown and Dark Green wires at control switch connector and Dark Green (14) wire at regulator connector for good connections.
  2. If lamp 2 is off, check speed sensor continuity, check speed sensor terminals to Gray and Dark Blue wires, check terminals 2, 3, 5 and 7 (Gray, Dark Blue and Light Green wires are not grounded).
  3. If lamp 3 is off, check brake light switch, check all Brown, Light Blue and Light Green wire connections. If lamp 4 is off, check terminals 2 and 11 at regulator connector, check continuity of throttle position feedback rheostat of servo.
