ISSUE
When trying to complete the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) application, PATHFINDER finishes the application with the error message "TCU cannot be recognized"
CAUSE
PATHFINDER does not recognise the current level of TCU software. This concern has happened due to a previous automatic SOTA update for the TCU.
PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION
This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 319. The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
