ISSUE
Parking Guidance lines no longer present in rear camera image display.
CAUSE
Car Configuration File (CCF) error after IPMB module software update causing parking guidance lines to no longer display.
DTC U2300-62 Central Configuration - Signal compare failure may also be stored in the vehicle.
ACTION
- Review vehicle diagnostic history to confirm if fault has occured after IPMB module software update.
- Submit TA case to request CCF correction to restore parking guidance line function and reference the SSM number in TA subject line.
- Once the CCF correction is complete, allow for lockdown sleep cycle and then verify parking guidance line function is restored.
SSM will be updated once diagnostic workflow through TOPIx Fault and Breakdown is available.
