ISSUE

Jaguar Land Rover have received reports regarding the InControl Touch Pro update failing due to different errors. When a retry is attempted, a 31 error is displayed.

CAUSE

Currently under investigation.

NOTE: The below action includes an improved retry mechanism regarding these errors which will allow the user to continue with the update process.

PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION

The permanent corrective action has been released within SDD 160.01 and the Manual Patch has been expired. This SSM will expire in 7 days.
