Seats not moving in one direction/one axis
CAUSE
Motor connections not fully latched
ACTION
Indication of failure: - Seat inching in movement and DTC's logged in DSM & PSM
If customer states seat is not moving in one direction on one axis. Read DTC's with SDD. If any of the following DTC's are present;

B1B89-31
B1B91-31
B1B93-31
B1063-31
B1064-31
Follow the SDD DTC help recommendations to check the motor connections.
Carry this action out before replacing switch pack or seat module.
