Speed Control Switch pack

WARNING: ONLY USE SPEED CONTROL WHEN CONDITIONS ARE SUITABLE (ON STRAIGHT DRY ROADS WITH LIGHT TRAFFIC).

Speed Control System

Controls - the speed control switches are located on the steering wheel switch pack.
- SPEED ADJUSTMENT + OR - (1 or 3) Press the speed adjustment button to switch the speed control on and set the speed, or increase/decrease the set speed (without using the accelerator). Speeds above approximately 28 km/h (18 mph) may be set.
- CANCEL (4) Press to cancel speed control but retain the set speed in memory.
- RESUME (2) Press to engage the speed control after the function has been cancelled, and then resume the set speed retained in memory.
When the system is switched ON, the current set speed is displayed on the message center.
Pressing the brake pedal while in speed control will disengage the system in the same way as using the CANCEL button.
If the vehicle is accelerated above the set speed, the set speed is resumed when the accelerator pedal is released
