Possible Causes

- Fuel cap seal defective.
- EVAP system leak (canister damage, line damage).
- EVAP valve to ECM drive circuit open, shorted or high resistance.
- EVAP valve power supply circuit open.
- EVAP valve to engine purge pipe damaged, blocked or leaking.
- EVAP valve operating vacuum hose leak or blockage.
- EVAP valve failure.
- Fuel tank leak.
