Conditions For Setting The DTC

Open counter is below 200.
Ignition "ON"
Fuel pump relay "OFF" (During in the Key OFF sequence etc.)
Ignition voltage is below 10.96V
No DTC's below set:
- ROM (P0601)
- RAM (P0604)
