Blower Motor Speed Control

During automatic operation, blower motor speed is calculated by automatic control unit. Blower motor speed is based on inputs from temperature setting, ambient temperature, in-vehicle temperature, intake air temperature and solar sensor. Automatic control unit supplies a signal to power transistor to control blower motor operation. When in-vehicle temperature and set temperature are very close, blower will operate at low speed depending on input from solar sensor. When blower switch is in any position other than AUTO, blower switch will function as a manual blower switch.
