Power Seat Circuit

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect appropriate 6-pin power seat harness connector. SeeFig 1 . Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between terminal No. 4 (Black wire) and ground. Continuity should be present.
  2. Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, check for voltage between terminal No. 1 (Black/Blue wire) and ground. Reading should be battery voltage. If circuit does not test as specified, check for an open or short in power feed or ground supply circuits. Repair as necessary.
