Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM (DOOR LOCK FUNCTION) 
    1. Lock/unlock door with door touch sensor. Refer to System Description .

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES>>

    GO TO 2.

    NO>>

    Check Intelligent Key system (door lock function). Refer to System Description .

  2. CHECK HOOD SWITCH 
    1. Check hood switch. Refer to Component Function Check .

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES>>

    GO TO 3.

    NO>>

    Replace hood lock assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .

  3. REPLACE BCM 
    1. Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES>>

    Inspection End.

    NO>>

    Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident .
