Sensor signal is not inputted for 2 consecutive seconds while the following condition is satisfied:

POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Turbocharger speed sensor (bank 1)
- Harness and connectors
(Turbocharger speed sensor circuit is open or shorted.)
FAIL-SAFE
