POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Crankshaft position sensor
- Exhaust valve timing control position sensor
- Exhaust valve control solenoid valve
- Accumulation of debris to the signal pick-up portion of the camshaft
- Timing chain installation
- Foreign matter caught in the oil groove for exhaust valve timing control
