DTC Diagnosis Procedure

Refer to Component Inspection .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Replace engine coolant temperature sensor 1.

When the engine is cold [lower than 66 deg.C (151 deg.F)] condition, grasp lower radiator hose and confirm that the engine coolant does not flow.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Check intermittent incident. Refer to Inspection .

NO

Repair or replace water outlet (MCV). Refer to MULTI-WAY CONTROL VALVE : Exploded View .
