CONSULT/GST cannot access to any systems.

6CH CAN gateway power supply and ground circuit

Check the power supply and ground circuit of 6CH CAN gateway. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure

Diagnostic CAN communication circuit

Check the diagnostic CAN communication circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure

6CH CAN gateway malfunction

If above inspection results are normal, replace 6CH CAN gateway. Refer to 6CH CAN GATEWAY : Removal & Installation

CONSULT cannot access to one or some of the systems.

Power supply and ground circuit of the inaccessible system's control unit (For detailed circuit, refer to wiring diagram for each system.)

Check the power supply and ground circuit of inaccessible system's the control unit.

CAN communication circuit

Check open or short circuit of CAN communication line. Refer to Trouble Diagnosis Flow Chart
