Diagnosis Procedure

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check signal between left front door control unit harness connector and ground using oscilloscope.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

INSPECTION END.

NO 

GO TO STEP 2  .

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect power window main switch connector and left front door control unit connector.
3. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and left front door control unit harness connector.

   Power window main switch		Left front door control unit		Continuity
   Connector	Terminal	Connector	Terminal
   D38	1	D16	41	Existed

4. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and ground.

   Power window main switch		Ground	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   D38	1		Not existed

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

Replace power window main switch. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

NO 

Repair or replace harness.
