Disassembly And Assembly: Assembly

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install plug to front drive shaft.
    CAUTION:

    Never reuse plug.

  2. Install front drive shaft front bearing with the drift (A) [SST: ST33200000 (J-26082) ].

  3. Install front drive shaft rear bearing with the drift (A) [SST: KV38104010 (-) ].

  4. Set drive chain to front drive shaft.
    CAUTION:

    Identification mark MARU-A-W of drive chain should be in the side of front bearing WHITE-1 of front drive shaft.

  5. Install drive chain to main shaft, and then install front drive shaft.
    CAUTION:

    Never use tools. Always install by hand.

  6. Install front case to rear case. Refer to DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY .
