DTC Confirmation Procedure

If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.

TESTING CONDITION: 

Before performing the following procedure, confirm that battery voltage is 8 V or more at idle. 

: GO TO 2.

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Depressed accelerator pedal and maintain it more than 2 seconds.
3. Released accelerator pedal.
4. Check DTC.

   Is DTC detected? 

   YES: Proceed to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

   NO: INSPECTION END
