Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor A Circuit |
TCM judges that the A/T fluid temperature is -40 °C (-40 °F) or less continuously for 5 seconds while driving at 10 km/h (7 MPH) or more. |
- Harness or connectors (Sensor circuit is open.)
- A/T fluid temperature sensor
|
| TCM judges that the A/T fluid temperature is 180 °C (356 °F) or more continuously for 5 seconds. |
- Harness or connectors (Sensor circuit is short.)
- A/T fluid temperature sensor
|
TCM judges the following conditions while driving the vehicle at 10 km/h (7 MPH) or more:
- The time required for A/T fluid temperature to rise by 1 °C (1.8 °F) exceeds 14 minutes when A/T fluid temperature is -20 °C (-4 °F) or less.
- The time required for A/T fluid temperature to rise by 1 °C (1.8 °F) exceeds 7 minutes when A/T fluid temperature is between -19 °C (-2 °F) and 0 °C (32 °F).
- The time required for A/T fluid temperature to rise by 1 °C (1.8 °F) exceeds 4 minutes when A/T fluid temperature is between 1 °C (34 °F) and 20 °C (68 °F).
