Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK DTC WITH SOFT TOP CONTROL UNIT
Check that DTC is not detected with soft top control unit.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 2.

NO: Refer to , "DTC INDEX ".
CHECK BCM POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check BCM power supply and ground circuit.

Refer to , "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 3.

NO: Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check power window main switch power supply and ground circuit.

Refer to "POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH : DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 4.

NO: Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH SERIAL LINK CIRCUIT
Check power window main switch serial link circuit.

Refer to "POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH : DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 5.

NO: Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
REPLACE POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH
1. Replace power window main switch. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
2. Confirm the operation after replacement.
  Is the inspection result normal?
  
  YES: INSPECTION END
  
  NO: Check intermittent incident. Refer to , "INTERMITTENT INCIDENT ".
