ID Registration With Transmitter Activation Tool

1. With the ignition switch in OFF position, connect CONSULT-II and CONSULT-II CONVERTER to the Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Turn ignition switch to ON position.
3. Select "START (NISSAN BASED VHCL)".
4. Touch "BCM" on "SELECT SYSTEM" screen.
5. Select "AIR PRESSURE MONITOR" on "SELECT WORK ITEM" screen.
6. Select "WORK SUPPORT" on "SELECT DIAG MODE" screen, and select "ID REGIST".
7. With the Transmitter Activation Tool (J-45295) pushed against the front left transmitter tire air valve, press the button for 5 seconds. See Fig 1.
8. Register the IDs in the specified order. See ID REGISTRATION ORDER SPECIFICATIONS  table. When ID registration of each wheel has been completed, a buzzer sounds as indicated and the turn signal lights blink.

   Tire Position	Buzzer Will Sound For 2003-06 models	Turn Signal Will Flash For 2007 models
   Front Left	Once	2 Times
   Front Right	2 Times	2 Times
   Rear Right	3 Times	2 Times
   Rear Left	4 Times	2 Times

   NOTE: Be sure to register the IDs in the specified order, or the self-diagnostic results display will not function properly.
9. After completing all ID registrations, press "END" to complete the procedure.
