DTC Confirmation Test (Using Generic Scan Tool)

  1. Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature.
  2. Set voltmeter probes between engine ground and ECM harness connector F101 terminal No. 91 (Bank 1 HO2S1 signal) or No. 92 (Bank 2 HO2S1 signal).
  3. Check one of the following with engine speed held at 2000 RPM constant under no load:
    • Maximum voltage is more than 0.6 volt at least one time.
    • Minimum voltage is more than 0.1 volt at least one time.
  4. If voltage reading is not as specified, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE  .
