Test H: Abs Light Does Not Turn On When Ignition Is Turned On

  1. Check fuse No. 30 (10-amp) located in instrument panel fuse block. See Figure . If fuse is blown, replace fuse and retest. If fuse is okay, check ABS light bulb. Replace if necessary. If ABS light bulb is okay, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect ABS/TCS control unit 31 pin harness connector. See Figure . Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between ground and ABS/TCS control unit 31 pin harness connector terminal No. 21. See Figure . If battery voltage exists, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, repair circuit between ABS/TCS control unit and fuse. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
