Test G: TCS Off Light Does Not Turn On When Ignition Is Turned On
- Check fuse No. 30 (10-amp) located in instrument panel fuse block under left side of dash. See Figure . If fuse is blown, replace fuse and retest. If fuse is okay, go to next step.
- Disconnect ABS/TCS control unit 31 pin harness connector. See Figure . See Figure . Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between ground and ABS/TCS control unit 31 pin harness connector terminal No. 26. If battery voltage exists, go to step 4 . If battery voltage does not exist, go to next step.
- Check TCS OFF indicator light bulb. Replace if necessary. If indicator light bulb is okay, repair circuit between ABS/TCS control unit and fuse. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Check ABS/TCS control unit 31 pin harness connector terminals for damage or loose connections. Repair as necessary. Reconnect harness connectors. Perform self-diagnostics. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM . If a problem is found, repair as necessary.
