Check For PCM Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Prior to accessing any ABS/TCS DTCs, ensure no engine performance type DTCs are set. In some instances engine performance DTCs will automatically disable ABS/TCS operations. Always review and record all DTCs set whenever entering into self-diagnostics.

Retrieve any DTCs set. If any engine performance DTCs are set, diagnose affected DTC(s) first. See appropriate SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - Q45 article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE. If no engine performance type DTCs are set, go to SELF-DIAGNOSIS FOR ABS/TCS CONTROL UNIT  .
