Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor (Q45)

Mounted in the transmission facing the teeth of the flywheel. As teeth of the flywheel pass a voltage signal to PCM changes, giving the PCM a engine speed signal. This sensor does not control injector or ignition timing, it is used for on-board diagnosis of a misfire condition.
