DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical Monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Faulty Downstream O2 Sensor
Enable Condition
  • Fuel cut off is not activated
  • Full load is not activated (APS value is less than or equal to 90%)
  • Catalyst overheating prevention is not activated
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Downstream O2 sensor voltage is lower than 0.75V when lambda set point is equal to 0.8
Diagnostic Time
  • 7 sec. after lambda set point shift to corresponding side
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
