Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")

  2. Remove the battery and battery tray.

    (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "1.6L 12V BATTERY ")

  3. Disconnect the driven pulley speed sensor connector (A).

  4. Remove the driven pulley speed sensor (A) after removing the bolt.

    Tightening torque  :

    9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb-ft)

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
