|
- Poor connector connection
- Short to Ground in Fuel Pressure Regulator Control Circuit
- Fuel Pressure Regulator
|
| Prerequisite Condition |
- Engine coolant temperature (ECT) is higher than 56°C (132.8°F).
- Full load is not active with accelerator pedal value below 90%.
- Catalyst purge is not active.
- Fuel trim control is functioning.
- Catalyst overheating prevention is not active with modeled catalyst temperature below 960°C (1760°F).
- Leakage detection is not active.
- Engine speed is between 512 RPM and 4000 RPM.
- Mass fuel flow is between 4mg/stroke and 60mg/stroke.
- Canister load is lower than 0.5.
- Volume fuel flow is between 3.1L/h to 130L/h dependent on engine speed.
- Canister load is lower than 0.5.
|
| Threshold value |
Case 1 |
Fuel pressure is appropriately high
- Lambda (fuel trim) controller is higher than 25% and fuel pressure control amount is lower than -10mg.
|
| Case 2 |
Fuel pressure is appropriately low
- Lambda (fuel trim) controller is lower than -20% and fuel pressure control amount is higher than 13mg.
