DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy Case 1
  • Knock acquisition check
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Unstable Power
  3. Faulty PCM
Case 2
  • Check internal drivers and elements against malfunction
    • H-bridge (ETC, port plap, wastegate) (ATIC111)
    • Output driver (ATIC140_1 & 2)
    • BARO sensor and power relay driver (ATIC139)
    • 5V power supply driver (ATIC139)
Enable Conditions Case 1
  • Engine is running with speed over 32 RPM
Case 2
  • Ignition switch is turned "ON"
Threshold Value Case 1
  • Integrity of knock acquisition is not occurred
Case 2
  • Micro-controller communication error is detected
Diagnostic Time Case 1
  • 200 revolutions
Case 2
  • 1 second
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Drive Cycle
