- Battery voltage is above 10V
- No motor related DTC

| Threshold Value |
- If the SBW actuator motor initialization failure
- When ignition "ON", enters a temporary failure state after the first 5 times
- Upon receiving a shift request, retry 5 times to detect failure and display a warning
