- Catalyst heating - Engine speed increase active
- Engine Coolant Temp. at start between -10°C (14°F) and 43°C (109.4°F)
- 9 sec. after engine start
- Vehicle speed lower than 56.32 km/h (35 MPH)
- Pedal value less than 0.01% (pedal is not pushed at all)

| Threshold Value |
- Current RPM is lower than target RPM as much as 270 RPM (Engine speed is too low) and idle torque controller is equal to 40Nm during 5s
- Current RPM is higher than target RPM as much as 500 RPM (Engine speed too high) and idle torque controller is equal to -20Nm during 5s
