Neutralization mode

NOTE:
- If you re-use IAU or IBU to another vehicle, you should process Neutralization mode.
- Connect the vehicle and the diagnostic tool.NOTE:
- In order to use the diagnostic tool normally, the vehicle status is maintained at "ACC ON". (Avoid system errors)
- Be careful of battery discharge when using the diagnostic tool.
- Select the "S/W Management".
- Select "Identity Authentication Unit" and "Neutralization mode".
