Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the console upper cover.

    (Refer to Body - "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")

  3. Remove the electric shift button.
    1. Disconnect the connector (A) and then separate the wire.

    2. Loosen the screw and then removing the shift button assembly (A).

    3. Loosen the screw (B) and then removing the console upper cover (A).

    4. Loosen the screw and then removing the upper cover (A) from shift button (B).
