DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check during fuel cut-off phase
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Front HO2S
Enable Conditions
  • Fuel cut-off is working for more than 3 sec.
  • Upstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected
  • Wide range sensor pump current valid
  • Sensor heater is controlled
  • Exhaust gas temp. is greater than 300°C (572°F)
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Sensor current is lower than 1.27mA and higher than 12mA
Diagnosis Time
  • 1 second
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
