| DTC Strategy |
|
- Poor connection or damaged harness
- Front HO2S
|
| Case 1 |
Enable Conditions |
- Upstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected
- Downstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected
- Active test is not activated
- After fuel-cut, catalyst purge is not working
- Engine speed is faster than 600 RPM
- Mass air flow is less than 83g/sec (300kg/h)
- Exhaust gas temp. is between 300°C (572°F) and 800°C (1472°F)
- Stabilization Conditions
- Absolute value between engine RPM and filtered engine RPM is lower than 500 RPM &
- Absolute value between Air mass and filtered air mass is less than 0.4 g/rev (200mg/stk) &
- Absolute vlaue between Lambda value and filtered lambda value is less than 15%
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
|
| Threshold Value |
- Plausibility between upstream and downstream O2 sensor signal
- Upstream O2 sensor (lean) is greater than 1.3 and Downstream O2 signal (rich) is greater than 0.93V
|
| Diagnosis Time |
- 5~ 100 sec. (depends on intake air mass)
|
| Case 2 |
Enable Conditions |
- Fuel cut-off mode is not working
- Full load in is not activated (gas pedal value is less than 90%)
- Catalyst overheating protection function is not working
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
- Long term fuel trim value is greater than 0.065
|
| Threshold Value |
- Lambda value is greater than 0.9 when lambda setpoint is equal to 0.8
|
| Diagnosis Time |
- 10 seconds after lambda setpoint shift to corresponding side
