DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to power in signal circuit
  3. Open in ground circuit
  4. IATS
Enable Conditions
  • Following conditions continue for more than 10 sec.
    • ECT at Start is lower than -22°F (-30°C)
    • ECT is higher than 158°F (70°C)
    • Vehicle speed is higher than 6.2mph
    • Air flow is lower than 20kg/h
Threshold Value
  • Measured temperature is higher than 4.93V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Drive Cycle
