General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit no signal
  • Signal circuit open/short
  • Power supplied circuit open/short
  • Output speed sensor
  • PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • TR switch = "D" range
  • Vehicle Speed > 20 km/h
  • Engine speed > 400 rpm
  • Battery voltage > 10V
Threshold value
  • Output speed = 0rpm
Detecting Time
  • More than 4sec
Fail safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
  • Sports mode 2 <-> 3 <-> 4 possible
  • Teaching not allow
