DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Conditions for Setting DTC Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check LIN communication.
  1. CAN High line short to battery/ground.
  2. CAN Low line short to battery/ground.
  3. CAN High line open/poor connection.
  4. CAN Low line open/poor connection.
  5. CAN High and Low line short to each other.
Enable Conditions
  • IG Key "ON".
  • Battery voltage is between 9V and 16V.
Threshold Value
  • CAN message is not received.
Diagnostic Time
  • 2 sec.
DTC Erasing
  • Erased DTC after solved problem.
