DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor idle speed
  1. Intake system for air leakage
EnableConditions
  • Vehicle speed = 0
  • Coolant temperature is higher than 50°C (122°F)
  • Intake air temperature is higher than -7.5°C (18.5°F)
  • Accel. Pedal = 0%
Threshold value Case 1
  • Desired engine speed is over 200rpm lower than actual engine speed or Actual Idle torque is 100Nm lower than Idle torque
Case 2
  • Fuel cut-off is higher than 3 times
Diagnosis Time
  • 15 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
