Passenger Temperature Control Actuator

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the side cover (A).

  3. Remove the right extension cover (A).

  4. Disconnect the damper (A) from the glove box (C) and then remove the glove box lift (B).

  5. Disconnect the pin (A), then remove the glove box (B).

  6. Remove the crashpad lower cover (A) and then disconnect the connector (B).

  7. Remove the glove box housing (A).

  8. Remove the shower duct (A).

  9. Disconnect the temperature control actuator connector (A).

  10. Loosen the mounting screw and then remove the temperature control actuator (B).
  11. Installation is the reverse order of removal.
