DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Detects a continuous short to low or open in either the signal circuit or the fuel level sender B
  • Poor connection
  • Open or short to ground in signal circuit
  • Faulty Fuel Level sender B
  • Faulty PCM

  • Engine Running
Threshold value
  • Raw fuel level sender B output < 0.36 V
