DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  • Poor Connection
  • Power supply to each module
  • Open or short in communication line of 4WD ECM
  • Open or short in communication line of ABS
  • Faulty 120Ω register (cluster)
  • Faulty 4WD ECM
  • Faulty ABS
Enable conditions
  • IG ON
Threshold value
  • No CAN message from ABS for more than 1 sec.
MIL ON Condition
  • Lamp OFF
