General Information: General Description

SCC (Smart Cruise Control) is a system added additional function that can keep distance from the car ahead safely according to speed of the car ahead by using radar sensor to existing conventional ACC (Auto Cruise Control) function. Engine volume, fuel type, ETC applied or not, cluster unit (km, mile), etc are essential factor for SCC control because these values are used for calculating torque demand value, acceleration/deceleration demand value. SCC performs auto variant coding with every cranking. It is not offered to perform variant coding by scan tool.
