Control Circuit Inspection

Key "OFF".
Disconnect ISCA connector and Key "ON".
Measure the voltage between terminal 1 of ISCA harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the voltage between terminal 3 of ISCA harness connector and chassis ground.
1. Specification : Approx 2 V (at terminal 1), Approx 1.3 V (at terminal 3)

Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
1. Go to "SYSTEM INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
1. Repair Open or Short in control circuit and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
