DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Internal monitoring
  • Faulty HECU
  • Replacement of EMS, T/M ECU
Monitoring Period
  • Once during startup.
Enable Conditions
  • During initialization, there is no inputted valid variant code.
  • The EEPROM didn't have variant code.
  • Received variant code is invalid.
  • There is a difference between pre-inputted variant code and re-inputted variant code.
Fail Safe
  • The ABS/EBD/ESC functions are inhibited.
  • The ABS/EBD/ESC warning lamps are activated.
